This product was uploaded on This is a tough item to rate. I loved the ease of installation. It was up and running within minutes. It connected to Alexa without issue. The interface is excellent. The Honeywell app is very usable. However, I had to return it. The temperature differential, otherwise known as the cycle rate, is +/- 0.5 degree. This thermostat was turning my compressor on and off within 5 minutes only to do so again within a minute or 2 when the temp went back up a half a degree. It probably cycled at least 10 or 12 times in an hour. That kind of constant on/off pulls a lot of power unnecessarily and causes additional wear and tear on the hvac system. Honeywell service center days that there is no way to change the differential and it is set that way to maintain as accurate a temp as possible. I returned this unit and purchased an Emerson SensiSmart. That unit allows the owner to set the cycle rate to slow, medium, or fast. I rated this one at 2 stars because in my opinion it is unusable, but I can see how other people might prefer this level of accuracy and, as I said at the beginning, I love everything else about it..
