This product was published on I just received these(I bought two) in the mail today. I’ve hooked one up to power and mounted a computer case fan behind it to stress test the heater for awhile. So far it’s working very well and putting out more heat than I had expected from it. My application will be to use them in the “basement” of my motorhome to prevent the plumbing and holding tanks from freezing in the winter months. I’ll isolate the pump and holding tank area of my motorhomes basement as much as possible with insulation and mount these heater units within the isolated areas. These heater units are 110v which is what I wanted for now since I’ll be parked at a docking station all winter with 100amp service. I’ll probably stick with 12v fans to attach to the heater units since they dont move as much air as 110v fans and thus the air that they do move will come away from the heater set up warmer. I wasnt sure how much heat to expect from 250 watt heaters like this so I also ordered a 750 watt version(which hasnt arrived yet). Now that I know what the 250 watt versions do, I imagine that the 750 watt version might be a little over kill. Remember please! I am going to be heating a fairly small area with these and I think theyll do the job pretty well. If you’re getting one with the expectation of heating a room or your car or any other area larger than say, a large box, you’re going to be disappointed.
